This made me really smile!!! Great memories as I was standing in the pouring rain with you when you took this. It looks beautiful. Love the composition and the capture of the light and the path leading up to it. Also like that you caught the bench on the path. Thanks for sharing the link for HDR with me. Still have to try it.

BEAUTIFUL capture, Darren!! I especially love those rocks. Hard to believe this was "a WASTE", exactly... !! Nope. Because "a waste" isn't fixable: that is my opinion, and I'm sticking to it!! lol. I am really curious now about HDR so I guess I'll have to go and check it out. Well done! (Whatever HDR really does! It was still a good photo though, since all the elements were obviously there at the beginning!)

Oh those effects you used has really brought out everything in the scene, which is beautifully composed! But the rocks stand out and have so much texture. Yep, gotta know what this HDR is also!
