Thank you all for your comments! I did not use a filter. These colors came out as I adjusted RGB levels individually, used the grey dropper to find a neutral spot on one of the rocks, reduced the red a touch with "Color Balance", and finally added the "Velvia" effect where the Channel Mixer is used to apply saturation to the individual RGB channels. I did no selective adjustments except for a slight gray gradient to darken the sky a bit along the top edge. I hope the result still looks natural!
