Note: Since 1869, there has been a special rail track up the mountain, called the Cog Railway. This is one of the engines and cars. Summit Elevation is 6,288ft, highest elevation in North America along the Atlantic Ocean. Two peaks in bacground are Mt. Clay (5500ft) and Mt. Jefferson (5700ft).
