ISO 200, shutter 1600, F2.8. Quick shot of the philadelphia capital building before leaving one evening. The sky was fairly overcast but I was able to salvage something creative from it all. PS modified, sevelral color filters, level/curve adjustments, perspective changes.

Chant C. Dhames 		  I feel like it has a spiderman quality to it. I wanted to bring out the colors a bit more in the sky but there's too much noise there to adjust it much further. thx for the comment.
