LOL Charlene...this time I was in the passenger seat (but usually I shoot while driving...eeek!...) Thank you for the nice comments!

i was going to say that the really original thing in here is the BIKE, makes the difference!! So, you aren´t on the photo but you are a (bike-) rider, is that? that´s why the bike in here?............. well, don´t know if my english allows me to play with some sense of humour (!!?). Seriously, I loved the bike on the photo, and I liked the all photo, Su, Portugal

Thank you Susana...you are too funny!! You gave me a good laugh...the bike rider is not me, but I agree, it is what makes the image interesting...he was out, not only at night, but in the pouring rain and in pretty heavy traffic too. ;>)

Wonderful! I love drive by shootings, photographically speaking only! I take pictures from the back of cabs all the time. Wonderful image Debbie and great under the weather and driving conditions you described. Congrats on your finalist selection and good luck in the finals! RoB

Thanks Rob...you made me laugh this a.m. with your "drive-by-shooting" comment!!! I get such a kick out of shooting from my car, either landscapes, buildings or the best is catching unsuspecting people from the alleged invivibility of my car...For this one, since I was shooting through the front windshield, I had to make sure that I was aiming through the bottom, untinted part of the glass...which worked well, since I needed to prop the camera on the dash (a tripod would have been a bit dangerous!!) LOL...the things we will do to capture a moment...I'm so glad you like it and appreciate my process! ;>)

Sorry that I am a little late on commenting on this photo, I just got back from the war, I am in U.S. Navy, and have missed browsing this site and uploading photos! Very nice picture love the rain and soft glow of tail lights etc, and then to capture the bike (I guess if you have somewhere to go you will ride in the rain!) anyway nicely done!
