Water Drop
Inspired by the photos I've seen here, I decided to try my hand at capturing a drop of water splashing. Two flashes were used, one on camera and the second to the side.

Thanks, Kristy and Tarun. I tried to find the site that I used but couldn't. It is fairly easy, however. Set up a drip (I used fish tubing and controlled the drip with a gang valve). Use a clear bowl and set up your camera. A cable release makes it easier. I set the camera on manual focus and focused on a pencil I held where the drop hit. To get color put a piece of paper or cloth under the bowl. Then start taking pictures. It took a few times to get the timing down, but digital and the instant feedback make this easy.
