What a great shot! I've used macros before but have never been succesful when shooting things that move. How far away were you? It's perfectly clear and the colors are wonderful, I love the composition of it also

Thanks Lorri. Donna I was using my 100mm Macro lens that allows me to get very close. This was shot within a butterfly exhibit early in the morning when the butterflys are not very active. I had plaenty of time to set up and compose the image.
