Thanks everyone for your comments. I had a lot of fun doing this, but you're right, it takes a lot of time. Pat, I'll be honest with you, I can't remember all that I did with this picture. It was a while ago and I didn't record a complete list of steps. I'll have to be more diligent now that I've joined Better Photo so I can answer peoples questions accurately. I work in Paint Shop Pro as an editor and if by the blur effect you mean the wavy effects on the side of the gate, that was done with the "Wave" distortion effect and the lights were done with the
