Thanks, Nina. This was just a little red clover blossom, no more than 1" diameter, in late afternoon light from my front door. I was surprised to see the "calla lily-like" structure of the little petals. This is another is my weeds and wildflower series. It's amazing how much more I notice what's growing and blooming along the roadsides since I started this series.
