  Thanks Daniel, Ermanno, Susan, Kirsi and Melissa! Apparently sun is not seen when there is fog or mist so light is evenly diffused. About exposure, Melissa, I generally overexpose by 1/2 to 2/3 stops.

This photo makes the argument that a photographer SHOULD break the "rules". It wouldn't have had as much impact if the man's face hadn't been placed in the center (as is true of the three men in general). Again, your lighting is wonderful, placing your subject/s as the main focus. As others have already said, it has a powerful photo-journalist feel to it. All of your recent photos tell a story and tell the stories masterfully.
