Beautiful colors and crispness, Bill. Just one small nitpick ... this bird is actually a "mourning" dove. It is named after its plaintive call. So many people think its name refers to the time of day that I once took a photo of one sitting on a tombstone and hardly anyone saw the significance ;)

Bill, I could spend all afternoon commenting on just your bird photos ("skipping" the amazing macros of flies and such). Since everyone has covered the gift you have for capturing synchronized geese in flight, I chose this equally beautiful image of a bird at rest.
