Using Photo Impact Pro vers. 10, I began with three photographs, a cat, smoky fire, and my husband on steps in Washington DC. I then combined them by cutting, pasting and layering. I then turned the DC photo into black and white and colorized the shirt. Behind the cat I added a graphic of lightning. At my husbands feet I added a star light and increased the spikes on the light and its strength.

Great shot. How long did that take you?

This shot actually took me 22 years to create (ha ha.) The base photo of my husband was taken in 1983. The smoke and fire around his feet was taken at MGM studios in 1996. The picture of my cat Simba was taken just this year. The actual work on the photo creation took me about 4 hours.
