Originates from Indonesia and the Red Sea.

The Palythoa Encrusting Colony Polyp Corals are also referred to as Moon Polyps, Encrusting Anemones, Sea Mats, or Button Polyps. They are colonial animals with multiple individual polyps attached to a piece of live rock or coral rubble, often growing in a hemispherical shape.
