Fantastic capture Mary. I love the colours. The lighting provided by the sparkler provides a great silhouette effect and I also like the detail adding to the 'story' - provided by the items on the ground.

Thanks for commenting so kindly on this, Carolyn and Mata. Our weekend was more about family and food, Carolyn ~ very safe, except for the waistline! LOL! Mata, I shot this in a cul-de-sac near our house, where dozens of people gather every 4th of July to shoot off illegal fireworks in the street! (I didn't hang around too long ~ way too dangerous!)
