They are truly missing out! May I ask when you size your photo, what size do you size them at. I submited a photo for the contest and someone asked if I could make it bigger. The size I made my photo was 432x750 pixles Sixe 6x4.958 72dpi. Thanks for your input.

The sizes vary, but I try to stay with a format of 480 px in height, and 640 px in length. Also at 72 DPI.
