	European Great Horned Owl Sigma 28-135mm lens, shot hand held at a Falconry center in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, on a bright, late June morning. The bird was tethered with 4 or 5 others to a ground post under a shelter. The wonderful orange eyes are characteristic of the European variety. Judith MacArthur
