Can you please, please, please tell me how you went about getting this effect? Did you use a plug in in CS, or is another application all together. Or?? Well, I just need to know, I have been trying to get this look and am failing...help. Thanks!

Actually for this image it was alot of cloning to get rid of the junk that was in the actual picture and then all I used was an adjustment layer of hue/saturation to get the golden color and the BUZZ effect (very light on the simplify three), both in PS CS.
