This is a lovely portrait shot, Gene. You've broken several "rules" and taken lots of risks with this shot (landscape instead of portrait orientation; model is centred in the frame; model is facing straight forward, etc.), but each rule you've broken and each risk you've taken has paid off beautifully! The full front pose, for instance, helps to emphasize your "model's" wonderful eyes and also helps to create a mood that fits with everything else in the image. Very nice work!
