Wong Chek Poh 		  I would like to detail the step, but it will be too long here. Generally, you need to shoot all shots from the same spot, preferably at the same level. For pano, usually you need to set the same exposure; but it is not applicable here. Once you get the shots, the next steps are basically photoshop work. There are s/w to merge photos but I prefer using PS. For this, you need to master layering. There are many tutorials on the net where you can pick up tips and techniques. That's where I learnt.
