Down The Drain
I started out with a pretty mundane shot of my kitchen sink drain and then created this in PSE2.

The original image was "tampered" with by increasing the various hues for highlight and shadow.

I then created a gausian blur layer, flattened the imagine. Utilized the clone tool at 30% for the surrounding drains. Plus, I added in some noise for effect.

I hope you like it! - It was rather simple to do, but it was a fun transformation.

Argh... typos! - Anyway, I did perform a twirl distortion to convey the "down-the-drain" effect.
