To make the chocolate color with Adobe Photoshop: Made my photo black and white. Then went into Enhance and adjusted lighting and contrast a bit. Go back into Enhance and adjust color, go to color variations, decrease blue and increase your red. Go back into Enhance and adjust the brightness a little more and then tweaked my contrast until it was a rich chocolate color:)
