I think that the owner of this boat, the name and condition of which suggest that a major reclamation project is needed, is a person who would subscribe to the adage that "a boat is a hole in the water into which one pours money."

Simple as the subject is, I managed to use a slew of filters here including On One Perfect Effects, NIK Viveza, NIK Color Efex Pro, and Topaz Clarity. Wouldn't normally have kept track of that except that this is for the theme.
