Submitted for the PG101 Still Life theme
The ceramic vase was my mother's. It stands about 3 1/2 " high. The ground cherries (I sure hope that's what they are - I did a search and they match everything I read) were volunteers that came up among my hydrangeas. I have NO idea where they came from before that as I have never planted them and there are no other gardens nearby. Probably a bird or squirrel brought the seeds. Anyway, I thought their delicate look was perfect for the little vase and vice versa, so here you go. And I hope the category isn't too much of a stretch . . .

Definitely the right category (IMHO) and ground cherries sounds good to me! I love this arrangement, Nikki; it's so creative and artistic! The vase is beautiful!
