This is a beauty Jeff! I like the center weighting, soft colors, and DOF. Nice neutral BG that is just the right tone to set off the flower. Looks good to go to me.

Rita - the background is just the dried grass in the distance behind the flower and the lighting is compliments of the rising sun. Nothing fancy about the setup on this one. Here's another shot of one of these flowers (I have no idea what they are).
