	Outside City Hall A change of pace.... -- Shot this a few days ago from a staircase in Philadelphia's City Hall. ----- I did not see the bird until I had the image on my computer. ---- From the ground, one tends to focus on the sculptures and the hustle and bustle surrounding these buildings.
