Now I know why Sugar Hill sounds familiar. I've never been there but we vacationed near Canon Mtn. one year so I probably saw signs for Sugar Hill.

Hi Dan! Yes, I was very fortunate the day we were there to have had excellent light. This was actually shot around 11 a.m. I would simply wait for a huge cloud to cover the sun so I wouldn't have huge dark shadows and then I'd shoot.
