The Orchid Extravaganza is currently going on at Longwood Gardens. This was my first visit there… what a lovely place! I was overwhelmed by the big scene and moved in close on this Lady’s Slipper Orchid (Paphiopedilum).

Wow Carol! Just love the color and details with the blurred background. The darker background really works here for me. It holds space for the beauty and detail of the orchid. Ann
