As winter releases its hold on the Deep South and temperatures begin to creep higher, many of our trees, shrubs, and flowering plants are beginning to produce beauitful flowering buds like the ones on my lemon tree.

I'm sure its a welcome sight, Donald! It's going to be a while until we see flowering trees up here. In fact, it will be a while until we see any leaves on the trees! LOL. But when they start to bloom, it sure is a welcome sight and something we wait many months for. This is just beautiful!

Beautiful detail, light, marvelous clarity and excellent spring colors...(and I bet the fragrance is wonderful, too:)....Catching and enjoying an early Spring as we do here in TX is one of the true benefits of being a southerner!
