I don't know what I'm talking about, but it appears as though this butterfly might be laying eggs? Is it even a female? A beautiful capture, regardless of what is going on!

Thanks everyone. Michelle, I think she was trying to lay eggs. She was flying around and landing often but didn't see her actually lay any. My research tells me that this is the female because she has less black than the male.
