Great rattlesnake! I got a photo last year on a hike in Tennessee- the snake was about 1 foot off the trail and we wouldn't have seen it but for hearing the rattles. It didn't escape without a photo!

Wonderful shot Stan but way too close for my comfort zone. We have to treat their bites out here usually ranchers. We keep the anti-venom handy in the ER.
