Their were Parakeets flying around in a big cage area. You can go inside and feed them. This one landed next to the other one. He looked really bad. Taken at Lowry park Zoo. Tampa, FL.

    I had a parrot that looked like this once. He was happy enough but he wasn't pretty. This is a great shot here Kay. I love budgies.

Great capture! A past neighbor had multiple birds- one of which lost all its feathers which never regrew. Charley had to live in the house. You always had to look underfoot to not step on him since he couldn't fly!
