Hi Tammy...thank you so much....the Redwood forests are amazing....sometimes hard to capture the "BIG" picture...but there are so many details one could spend a lifetime in there....Have a glorious day!
Gorgeous! We almost went to Klamath in July but only made it to Sand Point Idaho for a week before we turned around and came back.
A person can take photos for days of the discoveries we can make in these types of forests. Ohhhhhhhh and a great macro lens opens an entire new world in there. Mushrooms and bugs and things!
What a wonderful find, Patricia. New life in a very old place. :D
Thank you so much Laura....yes it is amazing how life will find a way to survive and thrive.....Macro will be for the next trip....have one that I don't use nearly as much as I could....Have a wonderful day, Laura....
As you say, one can spend hours photographing the details and a macro certainly allows you to see things that are too small for the eye to take in. This is a beautiful capture of one the many small details of the forest - beautiful work Patricia!
Hi Nadia....thank you so much....your macro work inspires me....I'll need to start doing more of it....since I love detail so much....plus as Laura says..the mushrooms and bugs and things...all so wonderful to photograph!
Just like the Ogres and Trolls...they're in the most incredible places....I just love the Redwoods...almost as must as our Saguaro (LOL)....have a wonderful day Dee!
