Beautiful presentation Susan! Love the strong edges of the rose surrounded by the soft bg! Gorgeous pink hues! About your comment on not advancing if you haven't gotten a judges comment on an image...I've never gotten a comment from a judge in the 9yrs. I've been here but I do have many finalists! :-)

Thank you Joannie! I basically hand "pushed" the hightlights on some edges which gave it a painted effect. They liked this one but not the other. Oh well :) I was pretty much kidding about the judges comment. Like a theory that will surely turn out to be wrong since we can't figure out exactly how they do things. Makes it kinda fun tho? :)
