Your skin tones look much better this time. And the light is perfect for portraits. See those big catchlights in her eyes—they're wonderful. Her pose is good, with her tilted head and eyes on the top left third sweet spot. Since the fabric of the umbrella fills the background, there's not that much sense of a frame though. If the umbrella's rib was separate from her hair it would make a stronger example of a frame.
