Nice frame, Karen! The diagonal lines of the sculpture make the image dynamic and keep the sides of the photo visually interesting, and at the same time draw our attention to the star—the girl. Your placement of her eyes is perfect, with her back eye on the top right third sweet spot. The tilt of her head is dynamic too. The soft light of the shadows keeps her skin smooth and shows lively catchlights in her eyes. You're right, the white balance is slightly off. That can be easily fixed by clicking the middle gray eyedropper of Levels (or the WB eyedropper in Raw) on the gray stone on the left side. She also seems a bit washed out so I brought her skin tones down to value 6.5 using Curves.
