And now for something completely different! Attended a Women's Flat track Roller Derby event for fun...and to test out the low light capabilities of my camera (no flash). Not an ISO I would use everyday, but if I were a professional sports photographer, I would probably not hesitate to use it.
Desktop hard disk crashed again. Working on laptop (ugh!!) until new one arrives and everything gets restored.

This is so cool, Rona! I love the light and color, and the composition is great - zooming in on the kneepads and skates. I bet you had fun! Good luck with the new hard drive.

Definitely some good looking and sturdy gams there, Rona...they'd have to be - this is one tough sport...but you made shooting it look easy...unbelievable - ISO 10,000!!!! I actually had to look twice at that number! Fantastic!! Good shootin' and an excellent Finalist...CONGRATS!
