Beaver in the Sunset
In this photo, a beaver pauses after surfacing to observe the one-eyed creature on the shore. After a moment, he glanced over his right shoulder as if to take a quick look at the crescent moon, and then casually disappeared under the reflections of the beautiful sunset. Quote of the Day: I believe that there is a subtle magnetism in Nature, which, if we unconsciously yield to it, will direct us aright. ~Henry David Thoreau Nikon D700, 20 mm f/2.8D Lens @ f/8, 1/250 second exposure. ISO 400. (6/23/2012, 8:58 PM. Garrison Lake, Port Orford, Oregon, USA)
