Apple Snail Shell
While walking on the trail I found a apple snail shell. I put it on the boardwalk area and took some pictures. I have collected many many of these over the years. I have taken them home. I clean them and put them in vases. I've given many to family and friends.

The simplicity of the snail shell, and the strong spiral lines makes this an outstanding EOD, Kay! I rarely see snail shells, so can really appreciate the beauty of it's form!

We don't see many of these down in Central TX either...but I sure remember many of them in my garden when I lived in Seminole, FL years ago. The blue and green foreground and b/g make for a wonderful setting for this beautiful detailed snail shell, Kay.
