Sunrise Kaleidoscope
The cloud formations and their reflections on the smooth surface of the Sixes River made me feel like I was in a giant kaleidoscope. It was such a captivating sight that it was hard to look away. At least until I heard a big splash and looked over to see that Oshie had slipped on the rocks and fell into the river! She doesn’t like to swim and was back out in a flash… and then trotted up close to me to shake herself off! Quote of the Day: “At the height of laughter, the universe is flung into a kaleidoscope of new possibilities.” ~ Jean Houston Nikon D700, 20 mm f/2.8D Lens @ f/8, 1/250 second exposure. ISO 200. (6/24/2012, 6:08 AM. Sixes River, Port Orford, Oregon, USA)
