Catbird
Catbirds look similar to a Mockingbird but are slightly heavier in body and do not have the white bars on the wings and tail. They are a dark gray with a black cap and have rusty undertail coverts, which also distinguishes them from the catbird. Their voice is a cat-like mewing.

Beautiful capture of this elegant looking bird, perched on the "Catbird Seat!" I our yard the catbirds of completely replaced the Mockingbirds.

Thanks, Michelle! They are elegant in dress - we have Mockingbirds too, and so far, they are standing their ground.
