Probably a pint of beer would have helped it along! Cheers for pierogi week! We have a Ukrainian Street Festival in Toronto that is the largest in North America! I can't imagine how many pierogies get consumed.

Sounds like a good place to be! I could eat some of those right now! Couldn't hit the dart board, though.

Cool capture! Our daughter and son-in-law are part of a darts tournament group (darts are big in local bars). And I LOVE pierogies!

I'd love to sample those pierogies, I'll bet they were delicious. Nice shot with the blurred dart headed toward the target, Michelle!

That was no easy feat, Michelle! Like the lighting, tones, mood & of course "the flying dart"! Great story too! WTG, indeed!

I think with the darts there is always the beer as well. Darts can get highly competitive too. Cool capture with the action of the flying dart and you obviously had a lot of patience.

Darts can be an intriguing sport to watch Michelle! Your persistence here certainly paid off! Thanks for you comment on my wren image, unfortunately their habitat is rapidly diminishing as out population expands! There are lucky to be living in a national park!

Good Job Michelle! :D And that sounded like a fun time, too!!! This reminds me so much of a date I went on when I was about 18. A fellow from a popular local Bay Area band asked me out. He was poor as a church mouse and he took me to play darts at a BAR in BERKELEY! Lol...We had fun and he was a real gentleman. He was the best sax player I've ever heard and his instructor/teacher was in the band, "Earth Wind and Fire"! :) !!! -Laura :D

Love your "dart" stories and captures, Michelle! This was my favorite - great action capture in a very challenging situation. And where are the pierogies? We used to eat them regularly when we visited my mother-in-law in Chicago.
