  Nicely done Mike. It is best shown in B&W as everyone suggests.

I guess the two heavy beams on the ground were framing for the floor. Do you think most all of the lumber was taken by locals for their own use? I see no sign of fire. I imagine the structure goes back to the late 1800's.

  Thanks for your comments Dick. I also believe the two beams on the ground were support for the floor. I took this about 2 years ago and can't remember now whether they were wooden beams or stone/cement. This church was way out in the middle of nowhere, with nothing much around it and the closest town (Antonito) about 10-15 miles away if I remember correctly. Not sure if the lumber was used by others or eventually rotted away. Since it was so clean of any other debris, you may be correct in that assumption.
