Thanks, Tammy....I didn't hike to the side where all the folks were standing...there wasn't a cloud in the sky and I already have a few shots of this arch from other trips....it is a beauty though just to look at....

Hi Karen....thank you so much for viewing and commenting...my goal is to get a shot that no one else on the planet has of this beautiful arch....so far...not there yet....probably need to spend a week in Moab and run up there everytime there's a good weather situation....but I thought this was pretty funny too! Wonderful capture and a very different take on Delicate Arch Patricia. I love both titles! Sure is a popular hangout. The parking lot was overflowing when I was there, even in the off-season!

I thought "do I really want to hike there to get all those people and not clouds....no full moon...." The decisions you make when you're on vacation....This is such an iconic Arch and has been photographed by people far better than me...or maybe just being at the right place right time....this was neither the right place or time....so you make due with what you have LOL
