Mary, this is an extraordinary presentation that showcases harmony in lighting, colors and details that's so delightfully appealing. It's remarkable that unlike cacti, this one does not have spines to protect itself. Too pretty to eat I guess. LOL!

Hi, Pom! I thought you were already in transit by now. Nice to know you're posting and commenting for a little while yet. I'm glad you like the photo and its song title. Wonder why we seem drawn to that line about "echos of my mind"? Better not dwell too long on the implications! That tune is stuck in my head now ~ that's the danger in using songs for photo titles. When will they/we ever learn? When will they/we e-e-e-ver learn? Now THAT song can start echoing in the ol' melon!

Where have all the succulents gone, long time passing??? Lol... You know when it comes to songs it's not JUST the words but the music that blends with the words. I happen to love that line of the song you were singing because of the words "of my mind" They way the music drifts along with it. It's soft and flows so beautifully and dream like. He's in his own world while the world around him tries to rush and push him. He won't go there. Of course he gives it away in the next stanza that he's high on LSD! HA! Lol...OH WELL! SO MUCH FOR WANTING HIS MELLOW LIFE! HeeHee! I leave in a small handful of days now. Still packing and cleaning. :) My time down there will go so fast. BUT I am NOT complaining!!!
