What a clear day and time to get back home. Looks like Southern CA and LA with all the traffic jams and people going back to reality after their vacation. Great composition here showing the view of the city! What could Lorna be presenting next??? Hmmmmmm....

What? I missed a whole SERIES??? Sister Lorna Dooners, I'm sorry! I just haven't been on here much lately. :(

I have all old Halloween posts up for the month. Lol...BUT the threads are so darned funny. What a blast! If you need to unwind and have a few laughs come on by and read a few!

Great POV and such a cool CNE series Lorna!! Just makes me want to hop on the QEW and head on into the city if it weren't for the traffic jams in Oakville and Mississauga!
I grew up in Oakville and spent 40yrs of my life there but I'm so glad to be out where we are now in Ancaster...different traffic heading Hamilton way.

Hey, I'm sure we stood right there too Lorna...
Is that the bridge that can take you from the CNE over to the waterpark- I forget the name of it? Excellent shot!
A couple of years back we took the GO train right into the X... too chicken to drive to Toronto...
Still have to check out if the bus goes to the zoo- sorry I missed it this year... Uriah is our zoo animal (foster puppy) and we have been so so busy trying to keep her in line...
Did you ever see that movie "Marley and Me?"... WELL, Uriah is three times more a HANDFUL...

I think you're talking about the bridge that crosses the highway from the CNE to Ontario place. That's a different bridge. This one is just outside the Dufferin Gates going to the Subway. The views look similar though ... I put an image of the one you're thinking of in my gallery last year. (Currently on Page 32 titled "Toronto Traffic at 6".)

Don't worry about the zoo ... We can always go some other time! :)

Yes, I did see "Marley and Me" ... I loved that movie! Sounds like you've got your work cut out for you! Ha! Ha! :D
