OMG! I feel for you , I lost two chippies this fall, one from drowning in a water bucket :( and the other not sure, but think a big nut fell on his head. So I collected all the acorns and other nuts and put them near their hangout in my wood pile in a big pile. Hubby wouldn't have been happy if he knew too! I have one pic with three coming out of their hole. Your babies are great!
