This image is in a series of macro images where I have been experimenting with Auto ISO. I set the shutter at 1/250 sec., the aperture at f-16.0 and I let the camera pick the ISO. It was 720 on this image. No flash was used on this image. The last 4 or 5 macro images were done in this manner. I'm beginning to think that this may be a good way to go, especially with the newer, lower noise cameras.
