Phil's brother, John, has been having LOTS more tests done...and it is planned tomorrow (our time) that he will have a defibrillator fitted to slow down his heart rate when it starts racing! We wish him ALL the best for a speedy recovery after that! :o)

~~~~~~
Part of the delicate flower head high up on top of one of our Umbrella Tree (Schefflera/Brassaia actinophylla) branches! Birds visiting our garden sometimes fight over who is going to get to get these delicacies!
Captured mid-afternoon, in late autumn, on the 23rd of May 2011...
  Pure joy I am sure watching the birds. Sharp detail and that sky for the BG is gorgeous.
  Good colourful, bright shot, just what we all need to brighten us up. Just had a message from John, his surgery has been delayed. I bet he's bored stiff with no camera or computer!!
  Wonderful card Carolyn, the sky is just so perfect as a baqckdrop for this flower on the Umbreaala tree!
Yes, poor John Tony, pity he got a virus, it would be over and done with by now!I didn't know he didn't have a computer.
Graham is going to pop into hospital tomorrow and loan him a little notebook (laptop) that has wireless broadband so at least he will be able to stay in touch with us all!
  A wonderful capture Carolyn. I have never seen blooms like these. They are beautiful. My prayers are with John. I hope he will be out of the hospital and well soon.
  What unusual blossoms Carolyn. Love the angle, the clarity and that blue background.
