WOW!!! That must have been SO scarey!! We live very close to the path the now infamous Jarrell tornado, (an F5). We didn't live there then but my daughter did. GREAT documentation my friend!! <><

I am glad you are safe! We had many tornados here in Tennessee as well, but fortunately for us, not as much devastation as what you had. If you drive on the Foothills Pkwy, there is a stretch of trees down for a mile that was hit by an F5 storm as well.

WOW! Frank it is great to hear from you. There are several BPers out there that we have not herd from for awhile and you were one of them. Aren't you thankful you moved.

Fascinating series, Frank. You have captured it beautifully - beauty can be found even in disaster like this. Glad to see you are safe and well.

WOW, I have been though fire and flood, but this is so much more distructive. Yet when the storm is all over, out comes the blue sky, like nothing ever happened.

Such beautiful sky and lighting but so sad to see all the damage. A tornado went through around the Anniston area and destroyed everything that belonged to the people who bought my dad's truck, including the truck he had jsut sold them. My mom called to see if they happened to leave their trailor hitch on the truck but she kept getting a message that this number was no longer in service. Some how she managed to reach the wife who then told mom that they didn't have the truck any longer and they had lost everything they owned.
