Everyone - Question? Do you think the red object in the left foreground is distracting? I have debated getting rid of it but can't decide. Please let me know.

Thanks!

Tboy

  Tboy,
I didn't even notice it until you asked and I went back and looked. I don't think it is. Your image is Wowzers! Really surreal. I love it!!

I love the composition and the treatment, and didn't notice the red object either. But I might try it with and without it and see which looks better.

Toby, You've outdone yourself! This is superb, please enter it in the contest. I didn't notice the red till you mentioned it but once you did it became distracting. How about selecting it and just toning it down?

  Toby,
I keep coming back to the original. Now it is really bugging me... What is the red object. It looks like some old piece of equipment... If it is, I think it should stay. If it's some modern day thing, then I like both the submissions where you toned it down and actually removed it. But I want to know what it is. Some old farm equipment maybe?

I think it is an old wheel barrel. I am going to delete it plus the rest of your suggestions.

Toby this image is awesome! You've been holding back! First impression was the overall comp - and my eye was not drawn to the red at all. I don't think it necessarily adds so much that it would be missed.
